Who makes up the US Human Rights Network?
The US Human Rights Network is made up of organizations and individuals working to bring the United States into compliance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other internationally recognized human rights instruments by applying the standards and principles within those instruments to domestic and foreign policy priorities.

Eligibility
The US Human Rights Network requires all organizations and individuals interested in joining the Network to adhere to our Core Principles:
· Human Rights are Interdependent and Universal
· Human Rights include Civil, Political, Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
· Human Rights are Protected through Building Social Movements
· Human Rights Movements must ensure Leadership by those Directly Affected
· Human Rights Advocacy must always Respect the Diversity within Communities
· Human Rights Organizations must be Financially Responsible and Accountable
Membership
Members receive updates, increased visibility, and capacity building opportunities. Members are also eligible to vote in elections, join a caucus, take advantage of on-line discussion groups, and participate in bi-annual conferences.
Join a Caucus
The US Human Rights Network (USHRN) is organized around a caucus structure. Caucuses function as working groups that share information, identify strategies, and capacity building needs, as well as explore potential collaborations.
